Burlap Fall Heaven

I am a little obsessed with burlap lately, I can't help it! Fall decorating was no exception!

Using some frames that I had up on the mantle for summer, adding some fall leaves, pumpkins, and making some burlap friends pulled this mantle together!

I found the cute little burlap owl at Michael's craft store and the pinecones were free from the ground outside!

One of my favorite parts of the mantle is the bouquet of flowers off on the left. I found fall-like daisies from a local craft store but it just was not cutting it for me. I pulled about half of the flowers off and replaced with burlap flowers made by a local crafter out here. It gives it that extra country feel.

I then topped it off with the burlap pumpkin! This was not as easy as I thought it would be to make but it did not turn out too shabby. I cut burlap in a circle, stuffed with cotton, pulled the top together with string and topped off with a cork (hot glued in) and leaves/flowers. With some more practice or a better seamstress, I am sure this would be fantastic.
